What is the difference between monthly and yearly billing?
Only the price and how often you pay. Monthly is $29 and you can cancel at the end of any month. Yearly is $249, which works out at $20.75 a month, and includes a free domain for the first year. Both renew at the price you signed up at.
Which domains are free on the yearly plan?
One new .com, .net or .org domain, free for the first year. It then renews at the normal yearly price for that domain. Premium-priced names and other extensions are not included, but we can register them for you at their normal price.
What counts as a change request?
A change to your existing pages, such as new text, new photos, updated prices or opening hours, or a small layout adjustment. You get three each month; unused requests do not carry over. New pages or a redesign are quoted separately before any work starts.
Can I have more than one website?
WordPress Complete covers one website. If you need more, ask us and we will add each extra site to your account at a clear price.
Do you offer refunds?
Because you see your finished website before you pay anything, payments are not refundable once your hosting is active. You can cancel any time and your plan will simply not renew. See the refund policy for details.
Do prices include tax?
Prices are in US dollars and exclude any sales tax or VAT. If tax applies to your order, it is added at checkout and shown on your invoice.
