How payments, cancellations and refunds work with WordPress Complete.

The short version
You see your website before you pay, so payments are not refundable once hosting is active. You can cancel any time to stop the next renewal.
1. Why payments are not refundable
We build your website and show it to you on a demo link before you pay anything. You decide with the finished site in front of you, so there is nothing to take on trust. Because of that, payments are not refundable once your hosting is active.

3. Cancelling
You can cancel any time by live chat or email. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for and then does not renew. We remind you before every renewal, so you always have the chance to cancel first.
4. When we will refund you
- Billing mistakes. If you were charged twice or charged the wrong amount, we refund the difference in full.
- If we end the service. If we withdraw a service for reasons other than a breach of our terms of service, we refund the unused part of what you have paid.
- Where the law requires it. Nothing in this policy removes rights you have that cannot lawfully be excluded.
5. Domains
When a domain is registered or renewed, the fee is paid to the registry straight away and cannot be returned. The domain is yours for the full term and you can move it to another provider whenever registry rules allow.
6. If something is wrong
If your site is not working the way it should, tell us on live chat or by email. Most problems, such as a slow page, a form that is not sending or email going to spam, are fixed quickly, and support is included in your plan.
7. How refunds are paid
- Card refunds go back to the card you paid with and usually appear within 5 to 10 working days, depending on your bank.
- Cryptocurrency refunds are sent in the same currency you paid in, to an address you confirm, at the exchange rate on the day we process them. Network fees are deducted.
